The Big Idea Challenge, a business idea video pitching competition took place on May 25 that is a key part of the British Council’s Programme
Creative Spark Higher Education Enterprise Programme. The competition jury was headed by the coordinators of the Creative Spark Project
from Kingston University Dr. Alan Flowers and the Head of Business Education at the university, the Chairman of the Commerce Chamber Martha Mador.
The team of Shostka Institute of Sumy State University included the Candidate of Technical Sciences, Lecturer of the Department of System Engineering
and Information Technologies Oleksandr Andrusenko, the Assistant of the Department of Systems Engineering and Information Technologies Pavlo Pata,
the Candidate of Technical Sciences, Lecturer of the Department of Chemical Technology of Macromolecular Compounds Anna Yefimenko.
A total of 45 startups from Ukraine were represented in the competition, among which the startup of our team Smart House AR Game entered the top 20
and it was chosen to participate in the next round of the competition.
